my X50 experienced a battery‑related issue... 2 days earlier, the rear left window had stopped functioning, and upon reading shared experiences in the X50 owner group, these appeared to be early signs of a battery problem... the car could not be unlocked using the remote and had to be opened manually... after contacting the Proton Customer Care Hotline (1‑800‑888‑398), a towing service arrived within 1 hour and 30 minutes... the driver used an electronic jumper to start the car, after which it was towed to Lon G Service Centre for further inspection...
at the service centre, I proceeded with the necessary arrangements and shared an internal service memo with Encik Ahmad Kusyairi, Head of Workshop, for reference... initially unaware of the memo, the service team performed battery charging and diagnostics, but after further clarification and verification with headquarters, the memo was confirmed as valid, and the battery was finally approved for replacement with a new unit...
