A Tale of Sang Kancil

the tale of Sang Kancil, as shown on RTM, tells the story of a hungry monkey who comes to Sang Kancil seeking food... out of kindness and generosity, Sang Kancil allows the monkey to eat freely from his garden, with only one clear warning - to avoid the chilies because they are extremely spicy... however, driven by greed and impatience, the monkey ignores Sang Kancil’s advice and eats the chilies anyway... as a result, he ends up screaming in pain from the intense spiciness... this simple yet meaningful story uses humour and consequence to deliver an important life lesson...

the wisdom behind this story is that advice is given for our own good, and ignoring it often leads to regret... Sang Kancil represents wisdom and compassion, while the monkey symbolizes impatience and arrogance - taking kindness for granted and refusing to listen... the story teaches us that not everything that looks appealing is good for us, and boundaries must be respected, even when freedom is given... ultimately, the pain experienced by the monkey is not caused by others, but by his own failure to listen and reflect... this tale reminds us that humility, self‑control, and respect for guidance are essential values in life...

I Surrender with Acceptance

I accept His decree with a heart full of surrender and trust... I pray that this trial becomes a means for the forgiveness of my past sins and a purification of my soul... in moments like this, I hold firmly to the supplication below - a prayer of repentance, humility, and hope... reciting this prayer reminds the heart to acknowledge Allah SWT’s absolute oneness, to glorify Him above all imperfections, and to admit one’s own shortcomings... through this remembrance, the heart finds calm, the soul finds strength, and faith is renewed, trusting that every test carries mercy, wisdom, and a path back to Allah SWT...

Lawless Lawyer

Lawless Lawyer is a 2018 South Korean legal action drama set in the corrupt and lawless city of Kisung, where justice is controlled by those in power... the story follows Bong Sang‑pil (Lee Joon‑gi), a former gangster‑turned‑lawyer who returns to his hometown to seek revenge for his mother’s murder and expose the powerful figures responsible for systemic corruption... using both his legal expertise and street‑honed instincts, Sang‑pil forms the Lawless Law Firm with Ha Jae‑yi (Seo Yea‑ji), a principled lawyer suspended for standing up to injustice... across its 16‑episode first season, the series unfolds as the duo take on corrupt judges, politicians, and crime lords, blending courtroom battles with intense action to challenge absolute power and pursue true justice...

Birthday Lego

Abyana was completely absorbed in playing with the Lego set she received as a gift for her recent birthday... she sat quietly, fully focused on arranging the pieces, carefully following her own ideas and imagination... from time to time, she proudly showed what she had built, her face lighting up with excitement and satisfaction... watching her enjoy the present so deeply created a warm and joyful moment, as the Lego kept her happily occupied while encouraging her creativity and patience...

Abyana 10th

Abyana celebrated her birthday in a truly meaningful way by completing the Khatam Al‑Quran together with Azim, a moment filled with gratitude, reflection, and spiritual joy... this beautiful milestone reflects her growing love for the Al-Quran and the values we hope to nurture within our family... as she marks another year of life, we pray that Abyana continues to grow into a kind‑hearted, obedient, and successful young girl, guided by strong faith, good character, and wisdom... may she always be a source of pride, happiness, and blessings for our family, today and in the years to come...

Industrial Training

the primary purpose of learning is to prepare oneself for the working world... industrial training at the end of an academic journey is meant to expose students to real workplace challenges and help them adapt to professional life... the duration of the training - whether 3 months, 6 months, or even a year - is merely a requirement; what truly matters is how the time is used... make the most of industrial training by gaining experience from those who are skilled and knowledgeable in their respective fields... do not be arrogant just because you are about to graduate with good qualifications, as such an attitude will only harm you in the long run... the working world is highly competitive, and you will eventually have to compete with everyone... therefore, take every opportunity during industrial training to learn and gain experience - even if it is outside your field of study, as it helps you acquire new skills and trains you to multitask... not receiving an allowance is not a major issue; you will not starve because of it... hardship comes first, comfort later... my advice is to train yourself to be strong, because strength - mentally and professionally - will be something you truly need when you step into your career...

Abg Mohsin (1964-2021)

my beloved eldest brother, Mohsin bin Faozi bin Sheh Barakbah, has returned to the mercy of Allah SWT and was laid to rest at Raudhatul Sakinah Cemetery, Gombak... I am deeply grateful that Allah eased every matter, from his final moments to his burial... today, he is with Allah SWT, for every soul that lives shall taste death... with faith and patience, I accept this decree, and I will endure this test... Allahu Akbar... the memories we shared as siblings will forever remain in our hearts, cherished for all time... Mak has long awaited his return, and now they are reunited by Allah SWT’s will...

Exercise 1

Body’s Ability

I believe in exercising according to my body’s ability... in the past, I used to jog; today, I prefer fast walking, which suits me better at this stage... my personal target is simple - between 5,000 and 10,000 steps a day - nothing excessive, just manageable and sustainable... for indoor exercise, I keep it light and realistic, doing only 5 sets of 5 movements per day, focusing on consistency rather than intensity... in my mind, exercise is primarily for body maintenance... if weight loss is the goal, one must understand the right exercise techniques and nutrition, ideally guided by a knowledgeable trainer - but ultimately, it comes down to making a lifestyle change, not chasing quick results...
