the time has come for Azim to return to SMADATA, marking the end of this short break and the start of another phase in his hostel life... after settling everything, we will head straight back to Puncak Alam, carrying with us hopes, prayers, and encouragement for him as he continues his journey of learning, discipline, and personal growth...

together with Syed Zulbakri, we spent some time discussing Liverpool’s new season for the 2022/2023 campaign, sharing views, hopes, and expectations for the team... as passionate supporters, the conversation naturally revolved around tactics, players, and the journey ahead... one thing remains certain - we are proudly YNWA, united by loyalty, belief, and unwavering support for Liverpool through every season...

KSAH 94 Batch

this marks the first time the Batch of ’94 has taken the lead in organizing an Alumni gathering, held at the Paddock Lounge, Bukit Kiara Equestrian & Country Club, Kuala Lumpur... although some were unable to attend due to various commitments, the turnout was nevertheless encouraging and served as a strong beginning for future alumni engagements... congratulations to the organizing team for successfully managing the event and setting a positive milestone for Batch ’94...

the event opened with the singing of our beloved and cherished anthem, the KSAH Alma Mater, setting a nostalgic and meaningful tone for the evening... fortunately, the lyrics still came back to us, even though it had been 28 years since we last sang it together... hearing the song once again stirred fond memories of our school days and reminded everyone of the strong bond that continues to unite Batch ’94 despite the passage of time...

it was then time for the event montage prepared by the organizing team to take centre stage... the presentation brought everyone on a nostalgic journey down memory lane, rekindling moments from the past and evoking shared laughter, emotions, and cherished memories that have stood the test of time...

it was then time to enjoy the buffet spread prepared for the evening, with a fee of RM70 per person... personally, the cost did not matter at all, as what truly counted was the opportunity to reunite, reconnect, and share meaningful moments with dear friends who have been part of a shared journey over the years...

when my name was suddenly called out, it came as a complete surprise - I turned out to be one of the lucky draw prize winners... the unexpected moment added a touch of excitement and joy to the event, making the night even more memorable and ending it on a cheerful note... 

I did not eat much, as most of the time was spent catching up in conversation... stories from the old days naturally resurfaced, bringing laughter and nostalgia... it was truly special to reunite with classmates we had journeyed with from Form 1 through Form 5 at Kolej Sultan Abdul Hamid, reliving shared memories and reconnecting as if time had stood still...

as the event drew to a close, we gathered for group photographs according to associations and houses, capturing the camaraderie and shared identity that once defined our school days... the session began with the Sea Scout group, marking a meaningful end to the programme and preserving these memories through a series of nostalgic group photos that celebrated friendship, unity, and lasting bonds...

this was followed by the Gurney House, proudly known as the Green House, as we continued the group photo session... seeing everyone come together under their respective houses brought back fond memories of school spirit, friendly rivalry, and the strong sense of belonging that shaped our years at Kolej Sultan Abdul Hamid...

the event concluded on a high note with a group photo of everyone together, marking the closing chapter of a truly memorable gathering... the collective snapshot perfectly captured the spirit of unity, friendship, and shared history - a fitting and impressive finale to an evening filled with nostalgia and meaningful reconnections...

the year 2024 holds special significance for us, as we were given the honour of organizing the reunion at Kolej Sultan Abdul Hamid, marking our 30‑year milestone since leaving school... it was a meaningful rotation for our batch, filled with nostalgia, gratitude, and renewed connections... with good health and longevity, Insya‑Allah, we look forward to meeting again in the years to come, continuing the bonds that time has never diminished...

Hifz Performance Report

Azim has successfully completed the memorization of Juz 30 and has now progressed further to memorising Juz 1 up to page 25, an achievement that truly exceeded my expectations... I never imagined that Azim would be able to reach this level in such a meaningful way, and witnessing his dedication and consistency has been deeply moving... to be honest, I found myself shedding tears of joy, overwhelmed with gratitude and pride for the hard work and effort Azim has put into his hifz journey... it is a moment that will remain etched in my heart, a reminder of how perseverance and sincerity can lead to remarkable accomplishments...
