Gua Kota Gelanggi

Gua Kota Gelanggi, located in Jerantut District, Pahang, is one of Malaysia’s most fascinating natural heritage attractions, renowned for its rich blend of geology, history, archaeology, and folklore... estimated to be around 130 to 150 million years old, this extensive limestone cave complex covers approximately 147 hectares and contains over 100 caves, although only several are accessible to us... gazeted as a National Heritage Site, it has yielded important archaeological discoveries, including prehistoric human remains, stone tools, and pottery fragments, indicating human habitation from the Mesolithic (Hoabinhian) to Neolithic periods... beyond its scientific value, the site is steeped in Malay folklore, most famously associated with the legend of Sang Kelembai, a mythical being believed to have turned an ancient kingdom known as Gelang Kiu or Klang Kio into stone, a tale reinforced by rock formations resembling humans, animals, and wedding scenes... notable caves such as Gua Sanding, Gua Balai, and Gua Tongkat feature dramatic stalactites, stalagmites, and cavernous chambers that captivate us... it serves as a major geotourism and educational destination, offering guided cave exploration and rainforest trekking, attracting us to experience a site where ancient history, natural beauty, and cultural mythology converge in a single remarkable landscape...

Call Me Inspector

because I investigate the problem... then create 3 new ones... solving mysteries with confidence and zero evidence... professional overthinker, part‑time problem solver... still analyzing what I should have done yesterday... case pending, coffee required... I question everything - especially my own decisions... trained to look serious while secretly confused... every case ends with let’s sleep on it... suspect, investigator, and witness - all in one... cracking cases with vibes, intuition, and luck... hehehe

ICMaM 2025 Committee

last year, I led the Food and Beverages Committee, where my responsibilities focused on managing meals, coordination with vendors, and ensuring the smooth delivery of catering services throughout the programme... this year, however, I am serving under the Technical ICT Committee, contributing in a different but equally important capacity... the Technical ICT Committee is led by Abdul Aziz Jusoh as the Head, supported closely by Rashdeen Rashidi, with assistance from the Friends Team... the committee plays a critical role in ensuring that all technological and technical aspects of the event run seamlessly... this includes managing audio‑visual systems, ICT infrastructure, presentation support, live streaming or recording (if required), system troubleshooting, and coordination of technical setups before and during programmes... the committee also supports event operations by ensuring reliable connectivity, smooth transitions between sessions, and prompt resolution of any technical issues... working within this committee requires teamwork, quick problem‑solving skills, effective communication, and close coordination with other committees to ensure that every session is delivered professionally and without disruption...

In-Service Training Workshop

I was honoured to be invited to recite a prayer during the In‑Service Training Workshop held in conjunction with Teachers’ Day 2025 at Menara PKNS, Petaling Jaya, Selangor... the recitation of a prayer at such a meaningful gathering brings important value to the occasion, as it invites blessings, guidance, and a sense of spiritual calm before the programme begins... it helps set a sincere and reflective tone, reminding participants of the noble purpose of the workshop and the responsibility carried by educators... a prayer also unites everyone present with a shared intention, fostering humility, gratitude, and mutual respect... in the context of Teachers’ Day, it serves as a moment to seek strength, wisdom, and perseverance for educators as they continue to guide and shape future generations, while reinforcing that professional development is not only about skills and knowledge, but also about values, integrity, and purpose...

ya Allah, all praise and gratitude belong to You alone for the countless blessings and mercy You have bestowed upon us on this Teachers’ Day... grant us Your guidance and divine wisdom, so that our lives may always be led by Your light in this world and rewarded accordingly in the Hereafter... grant us strength to continue fulfilling our trust and responsibilities in uplifting and nurturing the education of the younger generation...

ya Allah, Al‑Aziz, adorn us with wisdom, and build within us strong fortresses of faith and piety... protect us from all matters that may bring harm to ourselves, our families, our religion, our nation, and our country...

ya Allah, Al‑Ghaffar, bless all our sincere efforts and noble contributions in this world... grant us the strength to achieve success and self‑improvement as we educate and guide the future generation of our beloved nation... bestow upon us a quality of life better than the days before, and purify our hearts with sincerity in serving religion, nation, and country...

ya Allah, Al‑Latif, indeed the duty of a teacher is a noble and sacred responsibility throughout all time... grant us sincere hearts to carry out this great trust with the utmost dedication and excellence... guide our hearts so that every activity within the field of education becomes an act of worship seeking only Your mercy and pleasure...

ya Allah, Al‑Fattah, bless all our endeavours... unite our hearts, strengthen the bonds of brotherhood among us, and combine our energy and efforts to transform attitudes and mindsets in facing the challenges of technology and globalization... grant us physical and spiritual strength, clarity of thought and creativity of mind, so that we may continue to generate excellence in education on the global stage...

ya Allah, we raise our hands in hope, seeking Your compassion and guidance... instill within us love and care for our students, grant us patience, perseverance, strong teamwork, unity, and an unyielding spirit as we shoulder our responsibilities as educators and contribute our energy, ideas, and expertise towards enhancing students’ academic and co‑curricular excellence... make us, ya Allah, among Your servants who are grateful and obedient in fulfilling Your commands... protect us, ya Allah, from disobeying You... grant us lawful and continuous sustenance, righteous offspring and faithful generations, and all goodness in this world and in the Hereafter.

Campus Tour

being assigned to conduct a campus tour for a delegation from Indonesia (Dreamile International Academy of Hospitality in Blitar and STIE IBMT University of Management in Medan) at UNITAR required more than simply guiding them from one place to another; it demanded the role of an informed, professional, and approachable campus tour guide... a key requirement is strong knowledge of the campus, including academic faculties, key facilities, student support services, and administrative offices, so that clear and accurate explanations can be given at each destination visited... effective communication skills are equally essential, as I must present information confidently, respond to questions clearly, and adapt explanations to suit an international audience with different educational backgrounds and expectations...

in addition, I must demonstrate cultural sensitivity and hospitality, especially when hosting overseas delegates, by being respectful, attentive, and mindful of cultural norms... proper planning and coordination are also crucial - this includes preparing the tour route, managing time efficiently, and ensuring that the visit flows smoothly without disrupting daily campus activities... I should also possess good interpersonal skills, creating a welcoming environment that reflects UNITAR’s values and identity...
