Friday Sermon

Abyana accompanied Naja to the office, while Azim joined me at mine, creating a meaningful start to the day that reflected the message of the sermon today, emphasized the importance of nurturing children through guidance, good values, and positive examples, especially in balancing family responsibilities with work commitments... by exposing children to the working environment, parents help instil discipline, responsibility, and respect for effort, while strengthening family bonds and mutual understanding... such moments remind me that parenting is not only about providing, but also about educating through real‑life experiences that shape character, integrity, and a sense of purpose from a young age...

EduTrip - Azim Class

this is an unforgettable memory for Azim and his classmates, as their class teacher personally organized an educational trip to Malacca and Port Dickson... the experience provided meaningful exposure for these Form 3 students, allowing them to learn beyond the classroom through real‑life observation and exploration... visiting historical sites and coastal destinations helped him better understand history, culture, geography, and the tourism industry in an engaging and practical way... such educational trips also encourage experiential learning, strengthen teamwork and communication skills, build his confidence, and foster closer relationships between teachers and students... overall, the trip not only enriched his knowledge but also created lasting memories that positively contributed to his personal and academic development...

Khan Restaurant

Khan Restaurant, also known as Khan Jee Restaurant, is located at No. 12‑G, Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, Chow Kit, 51200 Kuala Lumpur, a well‑known dining spot celebrated for its warm ambience and authentic South Asian culinary heritage... the restaurant operates daily with extended hours, opening from as early as morning and remaining open until late at night - generally from 7:00 am to 2:00 am on weekdays and up to 3:00 am on weekends - making it a popular choice for breakfast, dinner, and late‑night dining... renowned for its rich flavours and traditional dishes, the restaurant is especially appreciated for its expertly grilled meats and aromatic biryani, which reflect the depth and authenticity of its cuisine... the strategic location and inviting atmosphere provided an ideal setting for meaningful conversation and reflection... the evening was made even more memorable by the opportunity to reconnect with Vinoth Sekaran, my former Bachelor of Hospitality Management student, whose professionalism and growth stand as a testament to the quality of education and mentorship fostered during his time at the university...

the photo shared by the ustazah with the female students of Form 2 Bukhari beautifully captures a joyful and heart‑warming moment... the cheerful expressions and genuine smiles reflect a lively and positive atmosphere, highlighting the close bond between the teacher and her students... this moment of happiness not only showcases the students’ enthusiasm and comfort but also symbolizes the care, encouragement, and nurturing environment fostered by the ustazah in guiding her students’ personal and academic growth...

Maghrib

duties began with the call to prayer delivered by Hakimi, followed by the congregational prayer led by Ibrahim as the imam... the programme continued with the recitation of Ratib Al‑Attas, which was led by Ali, creating a solemn and spiritually uplifting atmosphere... this was followed by a tazkirah session jointly delivered by Haziq and Shakirin, who shared valuable reminders and reflections that benefited the congregation... the session proceeded smoothly and contributed to a meaningful and spiritually enriching gathering for all present...

Swimming Pool

the swimming pool activities were enjoyed by everyone throughout the day - from morning to noon, afternoon, and even into the evening... laughter, splashing water, and cheerful chatter filled the air as participants took turns cooling off and relaxing together... the most excited of all were the children, who spent hours playing, swimming, and laughing endlessly in the pool... their joy and energy brought life to the surroundings, making the pool area a constant hub of happiness and fun well into the night...

B.A.R.B.E.Q.U.E

the boys then took center stage as they got busy preparing the barbecue, naturally led by Feisal... laughter and excitement filled the air as they worked together - setting up the grill, arranging the charcoal, and preparing the food... the atmosphere was lively and full of teamwork, with everyone lending a hand and enjoying the moment... the smoky aroma of the barbecue added to the fun, marking the transition into a relaxed and festive evening shared by all...

Lunch

after an eventful morning, we took time to enjoy our meal, rest, and recharge our energy... following the Zuhur prayer, which was called by Haziq and led by Helmi as the imam, activities resumed with water‑based fun at the swimming pool... at the same time, some of us took the opportunity to head to the beach for photo sessions, capturing memorable moments by the sea... the afternoon continued in a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere, balancing rest, recreation, and togetherness...

Fun Games

the event was conducted by Kak Ju and was organized for participants under the age of 17... a total of 4 groups took part in the activities... group 1 consisted of Azim, Agil, Yusuf, Mimi, and Zara; group 2 included Haziq, Hassan, Fatah, Abyana, and Hana; while group 3 was made up of Fagih, Kimi, Furqan, Nadiah, and Khadeeja... it featured 3 rounds of competition, beginning with the Bottle-and-Straw game, followed by the Balloon Train challenge, and concluding with the Water Cup game, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere for them...

For the above‑17 category, the game was based on a Find the Meaning challenge, where they competed to identify the correct meaning as quickly as possible... the activity tested both knowledge and speed, as they had to think fast while maintaining accuracy... this game encouraged focus, teamwork, and healthy competition, adding an intellectual element to the programme while keeping the atmosphere lively and engaging...

for the veteran category, the game was themed The Further Apart, the Stronger the Bond... they competed in pairs, taking turns to throw and catch a water‑filled balloon... the game began at a short distance and gradually increased to longer distances with each round... the winning pair was determined by their ability to successfully maintain their teamwork and coordination while ensuring the balloon remained intact without bursting... the activity created an exciting and light‑hearted atmosphere, highlighting trust, cooperation, and fun among them...

Group Photo

not everyone made it into this photo - some were still fast asleep, some were out cycling, and others were busy getting ready for work... but this is the snapshot we managed to capture before the sports games kicked off... the calm before the fun began!

Zumba

Zumba session was led by Naja and Abyana... a total of 3 songs were played for the session, making it a short yet energetic workout to kick‑start the day... despite the brief session, participants remained enthusiastic - let’s Zumba!

Sunrise

the subsequent duties included the call to prayer delivered by Hassan... the prayer and the recitation of Wirdatul Latif were led by Ali, followed by a short religious reminder delivered by Haidar on the topic of sunnah prayers...

Dinner

the duties began with the call to prayer delivered by Azim... the prayer was then led by myself as the imam... at that time, many family members had not yet arrived, therefore the short religious reminder that was initially planned was replaced with a supplication...

ya Allah, we seek Your forgiveness, we seek Your mercy, and we ask for Your divine guidance and blessings...

ya Allah, forgive our sins, the sins of our parents, the sins of our children, the sins of our relatives, our family members, our teachers, and the sins of all Muslim men and Muslim women...

ya Allah, make our affairs easy in this world and in the Hereafter... make us among those who are always grateful to You... make us among those who truly love You... make all that we do an act of worship that is accepted by You...

ya Allah, purify the hearts of our children who are here to seek Your knowledge... strengthen and correct their intentions so that everything they do is solely for Your sake...

ya Allah, we ask You to make it easy for them to understand what is taught by their teachers in the classroom... open their hearts to receive Your knowledge...

ya Allah, for those who will be sitting for the UPKK examination, semester examinations, and the beginning, mid‑year, and end‑of‑year examinations this year, we ask You, to assist them in answering their examinations...

ya Allah, grant them good health on the days of their examinations... make it easy for them to answer the questions... bestow calmness and tranquility upon them while answering, and keep them away from anxiety and restlessness during the examinations... guide their hearts to answer every question according to the correct answers...

ya Allah, soften the hearts of the examiners who will be marking their papers... incline their hearts to give generous marks, and veil their eyes from the mistakes that were made...

ya Allah, grant them excellent results in their examinations... may these excellent results enable them to continue their studies to higher levels, and may this become a means for them to become righteous servants who draw closer to You... make them outstanding students, successful in this world and successful in the Hereafter... we ask You to improve their character... make them excellent students with good personal conduct... instill noble qualities within them and remove all blameworthy traits from their hearts...

ya Allah, make them leaders among those who are God‑fearing... what we ask for is not only for them, but for everyone... grant them success in this world and in the Hereafter...

ya Allah, truly, they are our hope... we want them to succeed... we want them to change the future of their families... grant them continuous guidance and steadfast direction...

ya Allah, make them righteous sons and daughters, a comfort to our eyes... make them among the inhabitants of Paradise... guide their hearts towards deeds that lead them to Your Paradise... keep their hearts away from deeds that lead to Your Hellfire... make their hearts steadfast in establishing prayer... do not let them be distracted by things that bring no benefit...

ya Allah, we are unable to watch over them at all times... we entrust them into Your care when they are not with us... guide their hearts to places that You are pleased with, and keep them away from places that incur Your displeasure..

ya Allah, accept our supplications... we ask You because You are our Lord... we plead to You because You are the One who created us... we beseech You because You are the One who answers all prayers... if You do not answer our prayers, who else will answer them? if You do not hear our supplications, who else will hear them? help us, ya Allah.
