UNITAR x JUARA Travel

the handover session for the SAR1,500 donation to JUARA Travel, themed Feeding Hearts, Nourishing Souls in Saudi Arabia, was successfully concluded... this contribution will be channeled through the upcoming Umrah flight from 4 to 13 October 2024, where the donation - known as Projek Sabil - will be carried out in Mecca on designated dates after Asar prayers, in front of the pilgrims’ accommodation along Ajyad road... this UNITAR University Social Responsibility (USR) initiative is implemented through the Logistics programme under the Faculty of Business... the handover was attended by representatives from JUARA Travel, namely Mr. Mohamad Faiz Abd Hakim (Marketing Manager), Hajjah Rohaizah Khalil (Puchong Branch Manager), Hajjah Yasmin Hashim (Marketing Officer), and Mr. Abdul Hakim Tamezer (Officer)... the programme began with a discussion session held at Meeting Room 2, Faculty of Business, Level 8, involving the Dean, Deputy Dean, Programme Head, and senior lecturers, followed by a photo session for the cash donation and mock cheque handover conducted at Level 3 of the UNITAR campus... 

Hud's Reception at Selangor

we welcomed the bride’s wedding entourage at the reception hosted by Abang Mahdi and Kak Yusa’s family at Kingsman Hall, Glenmarie, Selangor... the occasion marked a meaningful moment as our extended family gathered together under one roof, celebrating the union in a joyous and heartfelt atmosphere... it was a rare and special opportunity for relatives from near and far to reunite, strengthen family bonds, and share happiness on such a memorable day... 

September Bleu

I am currently involved in both the Bachelor of Management (BOM) and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) programmes with different academic responsibilities... for the BOM programme, I serve as Course Lecturer and Resource Coordinator (RC–KB) for 2 subjects, namely BAGB3183 Administrative Office Management and BAGB3213 Managerial Risk Management... in the BBA programme, I act as a Course Lecturer for BAGB4034 Training and Development (Conventional and Online) and BAGB2033 Corporate Social Policy (Conventional)... in addition, I am appointed as a Tutor for BAGB2023 International Business and MPU3323/BAGB3023 Entrepreneurship, both delivered in online mode... I am also responsible for one subject, ESSF0224 Introduction to Management, which is conducted as an Independent Study, reflecting a diverse teaching and academic coordination role across programmes and delivery modes...

Luncheon

Athirah’s family kindly invited us for lunch at their home today, located at Jalan Pinang 51, Taman Daya, Johor... it was a truly special meal, made even more memorable by the delicious spread prepared for us... among the highlights was ikan patin tempoyak, using fish brought all the way from Sungai Pahang, along with petai sambal tumis, ayam masak lemak, and a variety of fresh ulaman... every dish was rich in flavour and lovingly prepared, making the lunch both satisfying and heart‑warming... it was a wonderful opportunity to enjoy traditional home‑cooked food while strengthening family bonds in a warm and welcoming atmosphere...

Haziq Shell Out

we spent some time walking around AEON, enjoying a relaxed and comfortable outing... it is a well‑known shopping mall that serves as a lifestyle hub for the surrounding residential community... it offers a wide range of retail outlets, dining options, and essential services, making it a convenient place for shopping, meals, and leisure... the mall also features a supermarket, fashion stores, cafes, and family‑friendly facilities, providing a pleasant environment for casual strolls and spending quality time together... once we were done, we headed straight to Haziq Shell Out to enjoy a meal together... unfortunately, Abang Mohar was not able to join us this time, as he was feeling tired... interestingly, it turned out to be a pleasant surprise when I ran into a familiar face - Cikgu Muhammad Fikry, a fellow SAHOCA batch ’94 schoolmate... coincidentally, he had just finished a rugby game, making the encounter even more memorable... it was a brief but meaningful moment of reconnecting over good food and shared memories...

Athirah Reception at Johor

we joined the groom’s wedding entourage to Johor for the wedding reception hosted by Athirah’s family at Moment Cloud House, Johor... the event was made even more special by the presence of many relatives from Pahang who are connected to Naja’s family... the gathering brought together extended family members from different places, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere as everyone celebrated the couple’s union and strengthened family ties...

Azim 15th

turning 15 marks the beginning of a new chapter - one filled with greater responsibility, stronger character, and clearer dreams... may Azim continue to grow into a young man who is kind, disciplined, and resilient... life will offer challenges, but face them with courage, patience, and faith... always remember that every effort he put in today shapes the future he is building... we are proud of him - not only for what he achieves, but for the person he is becoming... may his journey ahead be blessed with wisdom, health, and success...

SMK Taman Yarl

I conducted a motivation session together with Huda from UNITAR Sales School for Form 5 students at SMK Taman Yarl, Jalan Awan Larat, Taman Yarl, Kuala Lumpur... during my 1‑hour session, held from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon, I emphasized 2 effective revision techniques that students can apply as they prepare for the upcoming SPM examination... the session also incorporated motivational elements, encouraging students to remain focused, disciplined, and committed, with the reminder that their success would be a meaningful gift to their parents... following this, Huda continued the session until 12:20 pm, where she shared information about further education opportunities and programmes offered by UNITAR, helping students gain better awareness of their post‑SPM pathways...

FOB Luncheon

it is customary for the Faculty of Business to host a fellowship luncheon at the start of the September semester... the programme typically includes key highlights such as a welcoming address, a recitation -which has become part of my regular responsibility - the introduction of new staff members, and an appreciation segment for colleagues who have been transferred to other departments... the event also serves as a joyful occasion to celebrate staff birthdays for the months of June, July, August, and September, fostering a warm sense of camaraderie, appreciation, and togetherness as the new semester begins...

congratulations to Abyana on achieving Band 6 in Unit 3 (Listening) during her English class... this excellent result reflects her strong listening skills, focus, and consistent effort in mastering the language... well done on this impressive achievement, and may it continue to motivate her to excel further in English and other subjects...
