Azim participated in the competition mainly as a formality, as participation was required... he did not set any expectations or aim to win, especially considering his current condition... this tournament was an open chess competition for the Jelebu district, and Azim chose to take part in a relaxed manner, focusing on gaining experience rather than results...

Azim had to return to the hostel as he was scheduled to participate in the chess tournament... however, this time he played purely for enjoyment and experience, as he was not fully comfortable competing due to his left hand being bandaged... despite the discomfort, his participation reflected his commitment and sportsmanship, choosing to take part within his physical limits while prioritizing recovery...

The Marriage Solemnization of Saleh and Hassan

the marriage solemnization had already taken place some time ago in Madinah... however, today a second solemnization was conducted solely to fulfil the legal registration requirements in Malaysia... the ceremony was performed with the bride’s father, Habib Husein bin Ahmad Al‑Haddar... the solemnization took place at the Kampung Desa Pahlawan, in a simple and dignified setting that fulfilled all religious and administrative requirements...

Friday Sermon

the sermon emphasized the importance of collectively preserving national security... it reminded Muslims that peace, safety, and stability are shared responsibilities that require unity, vigilance, and mutual respect within society... it highlighted the Islamic principle of obeying lawful authority, promoting harmony, and avoiding actions that could threaten public order... congregants were encouraged to play their role as responsible citizens by fostering cooperation, maintaining social harmony, and contributing positively to the well-being and security of the nation for the benefit of present and future generations...

Exotic Animal Exhibition

Ustazah shared photos of Form 1 students attending an Exotic Animal Exhibition, providing them with a unique and enriching learning experience outside the classroom... through this visit, students were exposed to various exotic animals, helping them develop curiosity, awareness, and appreciation for wildlife and biodiversity... such activities encourage experiential learning, enhance observation skills, and foster a sense of responsibility towards animal welfare and the environment... overall, the exhibition served as an enjoyable and educational opportunity that supported holistic student development...

Workout

Today’s workout focused on a 2-hour exercise session, limited to treadmill walking, cycling, and targeted movements for the elbow and wrists... the exercises were carefully selected to maintain overall fitness while supporting recovery and avoiding unnecessary strain on injured areas...

Red

Red was even more affectionate today as both Azim and I were at home, spending time entertaining him and enjoying his playful antics... perhaps he sensed that we were both recovering - I am healing from a fractured collarbone, while Azim has a crack in his left wrist... he stayed close, constantly seeking attention, curling up beside us, and offering comfort in his own quiet way... his gentle, loving behaviour brought smiles into the house, reminding us how small moments of companionship can make recovery feel lighter and warmer...

Left Wrist Crack (Azim)

the incident occurred during a recreational football activity on Sunday afternoon, 14 July... Azim does not usually play as a goalkeeper; however, on this occasion, he attempted to block a powerful shot using his left arm... he later complained of pain to the warden and was taken to Kuala Kelawang hospital for examination... an X-ray assessment confirmed a crack in his left wrist, and the doctor applied a bandage to stabilize the injury... he contacted me using the warden’s mobile phone... on Monday morning, 15 July, I went to SMADATA to bring him home for further treatment... I took him to UiTM Puncak Alam hospital today, where the doctor replaced the bandage with a newer medical immobilization technology and advised that it be kept in place for 2 weeks to limit movement and support healing...

MQNKSS Jelebu 2024

Abyana achieved an outstanding accomplishment by emerging as the Champion in the Female Tilawah Al-Quran category at the MQNKSS Jelebu District 2024, which was held at SMK Dato’ Undang Musa Al-Haj... we are immensely proud of her achievement, which reflects her dedication, discipline, and perseverance, as well as the guidance and support she received throughout her preparation... this success is truly a meaningful milestone and a source of great pride for our family...

 

Follow Up

Dr Achdiat shared the latest X-ray results, which showed that the clavicle bone has not yet fully healed... I was allowed to begin plank exercises; however, push-ups are still not permitted at this stage... sensation has started to return around the stitched area, as I can now feel pain when pricked with a sharp object, whereas previously there was no sensation at all... based on the current condition and progress, he extended my hospitalization leave for an additional 28 days to allow further recovery...

Umrah Course

we attended an Umrah Course conducted by Juara Travel, Puchong branch, with the aim of better preparing ourselves spiritually, mentally, and practically for the Umrah journey... the course provided clear guidance on the rituals and procedures of Umrah, including the correct intentions, supplications, and sequence of acts, in accordance with Islamic teachings... it also helped participants understand common mistakes to avoid, travel arrangements, and personal readiness, ensuring that the Umrah can be performed with confidence, sincerity, and full compliance with religious requirements...

 

The PTA AGM of SMADATA

for the first time, my number was selected as a lucky draw winner during the 2024 PTA... as a gesture of respect and appreciation, I invited Naja to go on stage to receive the prize on my behalf... it was a simple yet meaningful moment that added a pleasant memory to the AGM, making the occasion even more memorable...
