the preparation of the research grant report entitled “A Study on Factors Influencing Employees’ Work Performance in the Hospitality Industry” has been successfully completed... this study was conducted collaboratively with my co‑researchers, namely Ellamathy, Fatin, Maryline, Maryu, Prashan, Shepher, and Timmothy, who are all my students... through this research, valuable insights were gathered while also providing the students with meaningful exposure to academic research, teamwork, and applied learning within the hospitality context...
