Therapy with Abang Mahdi

I received a police travel permission letter during the movement control order for medical purposes, allowing me to attend today’s appointment at Ara Damansara Medical Centre to have my bandages removed... this marked the beginning of what is expected to be the most painful phase of recovery - the physiotherapy sessions that will follow... later, I proceeded to Abang Mahdi’s place for therapy to help loosen muscles and tendons that had been inactive for nearly 6 weeks, taking another step forward in the healing journey...

Abyana 9th

happy birthday, my dear Abyana... from the depths of our hearts, we thank Allah SWT for blessing us with you... watching you grow into a kind, gentle, and thoughtful child fills our days with joy and purpose... may Allah SWT always protect you, guide your steps, soften your heart with iman, and bless you with good health, knowledge, and happiness... continue to shine with your beautiful smile, keep learning, keep dreaming, and always remember that you are deeply loved - today and always...

Surah Al-Takwir

Abyana completed her memorization of Surah At‑Takwir, verses 1 to 29, a powerful chapter that vividly describes the events of the Day of Judgment... this surah reminds us of the dramatic changes that will occur when the universe as we know it comes to an end - the sun darkened, the stars scattered, and every soul made fully aware of its deeds... beyond its striking imagery, Surah At‑Takwir calls upon humanity to reflect, to choose the path of truth, and to recognize that the Al-Quran is a clear reminder for those who seek guidance... through this memorization, we are reminded that true success lies not only in learning the verses, but in understanding their message and allowing them to shape our faith, character, and actions...

House of Kambing

House of Kambing at MAEPS Serdang is a unique farm‑style restaurant located at Jalan MAEPS 4/1, 43000 Kajang, Selangor, offering a relaxed dining experience surrounded by greenery and livestock... the restaurant operates daily from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, except on Fridays, making it a popular spot for lunch and early dinner... well known for its lamb‑focused menu, the signature dishes include Kambing Bakar, Kambing Crispy, Sup Kambing, Nasi Goreng Kambing, and Nasi Kukus Kambing Bakar, all praised for generous portions and the absence of any strong gamey smell... from our experience, the food is flavourful, satisfying, and reasonably priced, while the open‑air farm ambience makes it an enjoyable place for us to dine comfortably and return again..

Motorola

this was the very first mobile phone I ever owned - though I can no longer remember the exact year... I bought it using my salary savings, back when I was on a Maxis prepaid line... the original battery was noticeably large and heavy, so when thinner batteries became available at phone shops, I kept the original one aside... making calls required careful timing, which was why public phones were still my go‑to option... the charger was unique - it could charge either the phone or the battery, but not both at the same time... I always carried 2 slim batteries as backup; whenever one ran out, I would simply swap it for the other... once upon a time, those who lived through this era will surely understand - we were all part of the same generation...

Slow and Steady

moving slow and steady feels more appropriate at this stage of life, as patience itself becomes a daily challenge... there was a moment when I was scolded simply for asking where the prayer room was, yet I chose to remain silent and distance myself... someone else later guided me kindly to the surau... the moral of the story is simple - there is no need to prolong matters unnecessarily... in short, when faced with difficulty, seek an alternative path and choose patience as the wiser solution...
