Therapy with Abang Mahdi

I received a police travel permission letter during the movement control order for medical purposes, allowing me to attend today’s appointment at Ara Damansara Medical Centre to have my bandages removed... this marked the beginning of what is expected to be the most painful phase of recovery - the physiotherapy sessions that will follow... later, I proceeded to Abang Mahdi’s place for therapy to help loosen muscles and tendons that had been inactive for nearly 6 weeks, taking another step forward in the healing journey...

this was the very first mobile phone I ever owned - though I can no longer remember the exact year... moving slow and steady feels more appropriate at this stage of life, as patience itself becomes a daily challenge... there was a moment when I was scolded simply for asking where the prayer room was, yet I chose to remain silent and distance myself... someone else later guided me kindly to the surau... the moral of the story is simple - there is no need to prolong matters unnecessarily... in short, when faced with difficulty, seek an alternative path and choose patience as the wiser solution...
