Industrial Training

the primary purpose of learning is to prepare oneself for the working world... industrial training at the end of an academic journey is meant to expose students to real workplace challenges and help them adapt to professional life... the duration of the training - whether 3 months, 6 months, or even a year - is merely a requirement; what truly matters is how the time is used... make the most of industrial training by gaining experience from those who are skilled and knowledgeable in their respective fields... do not be arrogant just because you are about to graduate with good qualifications, as such an attitude will only harm you in the long run... the working world is highly competitive, and you will eventually have to compete with everyone... therefore, take every opportunity during industrial training to learn and gain experience - even if it is outside your field of study, as it helps you acquire new skills and trains you to multitask... not receiving an allowance is not a major issue; you will not starve because of it... hardship comes first, comfort later... my advice is to train yourself to be strong, because strength - mentally and professionally - will be something you truly need when you step into your career...
