for 5 straight days (Wednesday to Sunday), it was non-stop ketupat, nasi impit, rendang, serunding, laksa, soto, lontong, nasi minyak, nasi Arab, biryani, pasta, pizza, and all kinds of delicious kuih... today marks the beginning of a 5 plus 1‑day break (Monday to Saturday) from Subuh until Maghrib... my pants are getting tight - time to readjust everything... and after that, it’s back to fitness again!
