a father works tirelessly to acquire land, cultivating it into a thriving orchard for his children and grandchildren... he plants various crops, builds a home for the family to stay in, and hopes it will become a place where future generations gather... yet, all his efforts become meaningless when, after his passing, his children fail to appreciate what he left behind... the land is neglected, the plants are destroyed, and some even wish to sell it simply because they do not want to deal with the responsibility... what happens then? others will take over the land and enjoy its benefits, while the father’s own grandchildren will never experience its value... this is the real problem many families face - sometimes, the very children who inherit their father’s dreams are the ones who destroy them... what the father painstakingly built, the children can easily ruin... in the end, it becomes nothing more than a memory...
if we are in the father’s position, we should prepare the inheritance clearly for our heirs... not because we expect problems, but because there will always be children who choose to sell their share... clear arrangements help prevent major conflicts... after all the father’s hard work in acquiring the land, will every child truly care? it is best to be well prepared...
if we are in the children’s position, we should honour the sacrifices our father made to secure the land for all of us... if someone wants to sell their share, let them... we can continue to care for and develop our own portion - that is the only real memory we have left of our father...
if we are in the grandchildren’s position, we should not interfere in the disputes among our parents and their siblings... let them resolve their matters... only when the land is passed down to us should we take responsibility and develop our share... even if the portion is small, do not worry - with effort and care, even a tiny piece of land can produce meaningful and rewarding results...
