as promised, I made my way to the workshop, only to find - quite unexpectedly - that no one was there... this, unfortunately, reflects a common issue we often face. I would not have minded at all if I had been informed earlier that it was not possible, but instead, time, fuel, and toll expenses were wasted on the trip... nevertheless, I chose not to dwell on it and continued on to Shah Alam, where I purchased an Ezy Touch‑Up paint to address the issue myself...

after that, I proceeded to a polishing service in Puncak Alam and, as it turned out, the owner was also part of the Proton X50 community... once the polishing work was completed, he even shared the result in the Proton X50 Community Malaysia group... my sincere thanks to Mr. Muhamad Faizal - when it comes to car painting work in the future, I will not hesitate to recommend his place, and I pray that he and his family are blessed with abundant sustenance... as for the deeper scratch marks, I will manage them myself for now using Ezy Touch‑Up... after all, a car without any scratches feels a little less real... to the individual who was involved in the incident and to the mechanic who had made a promise but did not show up, I genuinely pray that all their affairs will be made easy...
