as today was filled with multiple online classes, I had to attend the meeting via Microsoft Teams... during the session, I found it necessary to raise my voice and provide clear explanations, as the presenter did not fully understand the essence of the report we had submitted... this misunderstanding led management to dismiss crucial points, while the presenter attempted to shift the blame onto us and proposed actions without a clear sense of direction - even to us who prepared the report... personally, when I attend meetings, I believe in speaking up; staying silent takes away the purpose of being there... if one does not contribute or voice perspectives, it feels like a waste of time to attend meetings at all...
