in any environment we find ourselves in, especially at the workplace, it is almost inevitable to encounter individuals who are not entirely genuine... these fake individuals are those who present themselves as kind, supportive, and cooperative, but in reality, their actions are driven mainly by personal interest and hidden agendas... they may appear friendly and helpful on the surface, yet their intentions are often self-serving, using relationships only as a means to achieve their own goals... such behavior can be damaging, as these individuals tend to undermine trust, create unnecessary conflict, and disrupt the harmony within an organization... in many cases, they act like parasites - benefiting from the system while contributing little in return - and become a source of instability... therefore, it is important for us to remain aware and cautious, as almost every organization will have such characters, and recognizing them early can help us protect ourselves and maintain a healthy working environment...
