Waste Collection Issue

since the increase in taxes, waste collection initially proceeded without any issues, with a scheduled pickup of three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays... over time, however, collections began to be delayed by one day, although the frequency of three times per week was still generally maintained... unfortunately, starting in 2026, the waste collection schedule became increasingly inconsistent, with collections sometimes reduced to only twice a week... the most serious incident occurred when the last collection took place on Monday afternoon, 30 March, and was only resumed on Saturday at 2:30 am following complaints from residents... during this period, accumulated waste led to unpleasant odours and hygiene concerns... images and videos related to the issue were shared in the community WhatsApp group to highlight the situation and provide visual evidence of the waste accumulation... despite official information stating that waste should be collected three times weekly, the current level of service does not consistently reflect this standard... while taxes have increased, the quality of service has declined, causing disappointment and concern among residents...
