first follow-up appointment with Dr Achdiat was conducted... a sterile basic dressing set was used, and the sutures were removed without complication... a 100 mm (4-inch) drain was applied under sterile conditions... the procedure was carried out smoothly, and the wound was managed appropriately... the sutured area no longer required dressing, as the wound had healed satisfactorily... the purpose of the drain was to allow excess fluid or blood to be expelled from the wound site, thereby reducing the risk of infection and promoting proper healing... I was granted a total of 27 days of hospitalization leave...
