we ran into each other while I was buying fresh produce in Puncak Alam, an unexpected but pleasant reunion with an old friend from our KSAH days... time may have passed, but the familiarity was still there, especially since we are both die‑hard Liverpool supporters, a bond that never seems to fade... when people comment on how much slimmer I look now, I simply smile and nod... little do they know, the weight loss is not intentional - it is due to illness... having just gone through a heart procedure and recently had a stent inserted, my body is still adjusting... despite that, the chance encounter reminded me how meaningful old friendships can be, even when life presents its own challenges...
