after completing the doa recitation at the IT Roundtable, we proceeded directly to Jelebu for a scheduled meeting with the Jelebu Tourism Unit at 11:30 am... the discussion focused on potential research initiatives that could be carried out under Cik Rohaizah’s research grant, as well as exploring various forms of collaboration with UNITAR, particularly in the area of social community engagement... among the ideas proposed was the digitalization of tourist spots in Jelebu, aimed at enhancing visibility and promoting local attractions through digital platforms... the visit concluded on a warm note, with the team being treated to lunch graciously hosted by the Jelebu Tourism Unit...
next, we visited Kampung Jerang mosque, where we met with members of the mosque committee to discuss an upcoming Bubur Asyura community programme scheduled to take place on Thursday, 27 July... the discussion focused on coordination, community involvement, and collaborative support to ensure the programme’s success... the image below captures the Bubur Asyura activity conducted last year, which reflects strong community participation and highlights the spirit of togetherness that the programme aims to continue this year...
