at first, I checked the list of eligible names yesterday and it seemed that it was not meant to be... however, after reading a note stating that Jeram voters born in the month of June were eligible, today turned out to be my share of good fortune... after finishing work, I went straight there and managed to receive one durian... once home, it was fully opened and placed straight into the refrigerator, as we enjoy eating chilled durian...
thank you to YB Shaid for the initiative... it is understood that he will be departing for Mecca this Saturday to perform the Hajj... this brought back memories from 2018, when he contributed RM500 to each pilgrim... I was among the earliest pilgrims that year and had already arrived in Medina during the disbursement ceremony... when I informed him, I was told to collect it upon returning to Malaysia - and indeed, the RM500 was kept for me at his office... I pray that his Hajj pilgrimage this year is made easy and that it is blessed with Haji Mabrur... he is known for consistently reaching out and assisting the people of Jeram, regardless of whether they supported him or not...
