NO Unifi WiFi

while setting up my laptop upstairs in preparation for an evening class, I suddenly realized there was no WiFi connection at around 6:20 pm... a quick call to the UNIFI Careline followed, and the service officer promptly opened a complaint ticket, informing me that an appointment would be arranged and communicated via SMS... with the Federal Territory Day public holiday taking place tomorrow in Kuala Lumpur, it is likely that the appointment will only be scheduled for Thursday... as a result, the evening online class will have to be conducted from KLong’s house... and so begins a new phase of life at home - without WiFi...
