Beginning of Syaaban

as the month of Rejab comes to a close, today marks the beginning of Syaaban - a reminder of how swiftly time passes... by the passage of time, indeed mankind is in loss, unless we strive to use our time wisely for both this world and the Hereafter... the pursuits of this world are temporary; whatever status we hold - be it Tan Sri, Datuk Sri, Professor, PhD, Ir, or YB - exists only in this life... none of these titles follow us into the grave, for the angels will call us only by our names... if we have wronged, the punishment is the same for all, regardless of our worldly rank... so let us always be mindful as long as we are still granted the loan of life from Allah SWT...
