Total Quality Management is a subject that I am teaching this semester for students enrolled in the Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) programme... the mass lecture is conducted every Wednesday from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of quality management principles, continuous improvement practices, customer satisfaction, and organizational excellence... in addition, I personally conduct the MC-S2 tutorial class, which consists of 5 students, every Thursday from 10:30 am to 1:00 am at L7B13... the tutorial sessions are designed to reinforce theoretical concepts through discussions, case studies, practical applications, and problem-solving activities related to Total Quality Management...
for students enrolled at the Regional Centres (RCs), tutorial classes are facilitated by dedicated tutors at their respective locations... these include Soliha Hj Shafiai for RC Alor Setar (4 students), Aida Shakila Sapii for RC Ipoh (1 student), Mohd Kamal Mohd Hashim for RC Kota Bharu (2 students), and Norsaadah Raihanah Affandi for RC Kuantan (2 students)... this delivery structure ensures that all students, regardless of their location, receive consistent learning experiences and academic support throughout the semester... through a combination of mass lectures and tutorial sessions, students are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to understand quality management systems, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and apply Total Quality Management principles in contemporary business environments...
