the overall process at UiTM Puncak Alam hospital is still not very efficient, particularly in terms of workflow arrangement from registration to payment... a standard registration fee of RM15 was charged, and although the appointment record already existed, we were instructed to proceed directly to the orthopaedic clinic... from there, we were sent to the X‑ray counter, where a RM60 charge was imposed... unfortunately, there was an error in the X‑ray order - the doctor had mistakenly requested an X‑ray for the right wrist instead of the left wrist, which is Azim’s actual injury... the counter staff suggested voiding the payment and making a new one, but I felt the situation could have been handled more simply, as the cost was the same; it would have been sufficient to amend the order in the system instead... perhaps the staff panicked at that moment... waiting times were quite long, and I had to repeatedly check at the orthopaedic counter since the final registration cutoff was at 12.00 noon, with no clear indication of when our queue number would be called... after completing the X‑ray, we went to have a meal at a nearby shop while waiting... when our turn was finally called, we met the doctor, who explained that the crack was healing well and allowed the bandage to be partially cut, leaving support only around the left wrist... after that, we proceeded to the payment counter... honestly, the medical service itself was good, but the waiting time and overall process coordination still require significant improvement... at this stage, I must admit that my overall satisfaction level remains quite low...
