everyone contributed a dish, so it was essentially a potluck... I brought Miang Kham, a rather rare Thai delicacy... early that morning, I had already picked 55 kaduk leaves from my garden at home... the sauce was homemade as well, with a slight adjustment - I toned down the spiciness since not everyone can handle spicy food... a short demonstration was necessary to show the proper way to enjoy Miang Kham, and the moment was later shared in the faculty WhatsApp group, much to everyone's interest and amusement...
