the usual norm every semester is to prepare 2 sets of examination papers - one additional set for students who are unable to sit for the exam due to valid reasons... these papers then go through several levels of screening: first by the evaluator, followed by the programme coordinator, then the dean or deputy dean, and finally the examination board... working under tight deadlines has become a norm, as this has been the routine since I started my career...
