beginning on 13 March 2020, throughout the month of Ramadhan with adjusted fasting hours, and taking a break on 1 Syawal, today marks the 81st day of my journey practising intermittent fasting... over time, as the body adapts, it starts to feel lighter and more energetic... what may seem like self‑denial at first is, in reality, a rewarding and enjoyable experience... above all, this journey requires strong self‑discipline, consistency, and commitment to maintaining a healthier lifestyle...
