the dinner potluck held at Abg Wan’s house in honour of Mohsein’s return to Jambi tomorrow was filled with warmth, laughter, and an abundance of delicious homemade dishes... everyone contributed their own speciality - Naja prepared a rich and flavourful prawn curry, while the host served hearty lamb soup alongside masak lemak cili api with smoked beef, belimbing, and terung telunjuk, as well as kuih talam... Kak Long arrived with chicken paprik and sambal belacan, Kak Jue brought soft roti jala, Syazi contributed fresh fruits, Ijah prepared corn, and Syifa added a sweet touch with homemade donuts... the evening was truly vibrant and joyful, reflecting the spirit of togetherness that makes family gatherings so memorable...
