the UNITAR staff football team was established to encourage active participation among employees and to support those who regularly engage in sports for health and camaraderie... while the team consists of several committed and skilled players, I participated only as a substitute player, contributing support whenever needed... this involvement nonetheless provided an opportunity to foster teamwork, strengthen collegial relationships, and promote a healthy work-life balance within the UNITAR community...
