Bitter Gourd

This is bitter gourd... it has many health benefits... it can be eaten as a raw side dish, or you can make a glass of juice by blending 2 pieces and drinking it every morning... don’t add sugar - the taste is naturally very bitter... if you want it to taste a little better, you can blend it together with 1 green apple... when drinking it, hold your breath and sip slowly at first... over time, you’ll get used to it and be able to drink it normally...
