Iftar Ramadhan UNITAR 2026

the Iftar Ramadhan UNITAR 2026 was a meaningful and heartwarming event organized through a close collaboration between UNITAR club societies and the Student Affairs Department... held in the spirit of togetherness and compassion, the programme celebrated and honoured the children from Ulin Nuha, Klang orphaned children, creating a memorable evening filled with warmth, gratitude, and shared blessings... the event was officially officiated by Tan Sri Vice-Chancellor, reflecting UNITAR’s strong commitment to community engagement, social responsibility, and the values of empathy and unity during the holy month of Ramadhan...

I delivered a tazkirah immediately after the Nasyid performance, during which I was given 30 minutes to share reflections with the audience... titled Ramadhan: The Month of Returning to Allah, the tazkirah focused on the spiritual essence of Ramadhan as a sacred period for self-reflection, repentance, and strengthening one’s relationship with Allah... the session invited listeners to pause, realign their intentions, and embrace Ramadhan as a meaningful journey of faith, humility, and spiritual renewal...

in this tazkirah, I highlighted 9 key focus points centred on the theme, emphasizing Ramadhan as a divine call for believers to return sincerely to Allah SWT... drawing from the Al-Quran and the teachings of Prophet Muhammad SAW, the session reflected on returning to Allah SWT through true repentance, strengthening the quality of prayer, and reconnecting with the Al-Quran as a source of guidance... Ramadhan was also presented as a month that nurtures patience, sincerity, and noble character, encouraging believers to guard their speech, actions, and intentions... emphasis was placed on rebuilding relationships with others through kindness, generosity, forgiveness, and social responsibility, particularly towards the needy... special attention was given to the last 10 nights of Ramadhan as the spiritual peak for supplication, night prayers, and seeking forgiveness... ultimately, the tazkirah called upon participants to view Ramadhan as a turning point for lasting change, where the values, discipline, and spirituality cultivated during the month continue well beyond its conclusion...
