Young Generation

take a moment to observe the congregation in our mosques or suraus - the majority are those in their 40s and above... where are the youth and younger generations? a mosque or surau is not only a place for performing prayers; it is a space for seeking knowledge and building community life... encourage young children to visit the mosque or surau with their fathers... even if they want to play, do not scold them harshly; simply guide them gently... it is normal for children - they are in the process of growing up... when they are accustomed from a young age to accompanying their fathers to the mosque or surau, Allah willing, it will spark their interest as youths to enliven these sacred spaces... in conclusion, ensuring that the youth become part of the mosque or surau congregation begins with the responsibility of fathers - to bring them along and nurture their connection with the house of worship... let us start now, and may we gain great rewards from Allah... most importantly, ensure your intention is sincere - do not do it for praise, for fear that it becomes an act of showing off... do it solely for the sake of Allah...

Medical Check-Up

today, I was able to undergo a health screening at UNITAR, and the results were both enlightening and unexpected... the tests showed low calcium levels, high visceral fat around the organs, low vitamin A, elevated toxins, and acidic blood pH... despite these concerns, most other readings - including body fat percentage, body water content, BMR calories, heart, gallbladder, uric acid, blood sugar, spleen, cholesterol, and prostate - were all within normal ranges... but what surprised me the most was the metabolic age result, which indicated that my metabolism functions like that of a 29‑year‑old... surely unbelievable, isn’t it?
