the moment I reached home, I went straight to testing my fitness - starting with a slow 3 km jog that took 32 minutes... if I tried pushing it to 10 km, it would probably take around 1 hour and 46 minutes at this pace... clearly, I’m not fully fit yet... but it’s a start!
