Kedah and Liverpool
since the 1980s until now, whether they win, lose, or draw, it no longer matters to me because this club has always been legendary in my eyes... no other team has ever managed to capture my interest, as I remain a loyal supporter of both Kedah and Liverpool... even if other clubs collect more trophies, I hold firmly to my philosophy - Biar Jasa Jadi Kenangan and You’ll Never Walk Alone... my loyalty stays the same, built on memories, pride, and unwavering passion...

Bitterness is a Remedy
this traditional mixture of three selected roots - Akar Tongkat Ali Gajah Beranak, Ranjang Besi Akar Pawang, and Akar Gamat Ranjang Tembaga, purchased from the Orang Asli community at RR Sungai Perak - has long been appreciated in local heritage remedies... a handful of these roots is simmered until the water boils and releases their natural aroma, creating a warm, comforting drink often enjoyed for its soothing effect on the body... many people prefer to consume it while it is still hot, believing that the warmth helps release trapped wind and bring relief from general discomfort... root-based decoctions like this are valued not only for their earthy flavour but also for their place in traditional wellness practices passed down through generations...

Massage by Nasir Bundle
today, I met Abang Nasir (you can contact him at 011‑13322820), who specializes in wind‑relief massage... his technique uses pressure‑point therapy... it was my first time experiencing this kind of method - I practically ended up silat‑style, even crawling like a soldier just to endure the pain... I was sweating the whole time... but strangely enough, once the nerves were realigned, circulation improved, and the trapped wind was released, pressing the same spot no longer hurt... so today was basically just gear 1 - still new, right?
now I feel a bit relieved... over the next day or two, a lot of wind will naturally be released from the body... among the foods to avoid are nuts, bread, caffeine, carbonated drinks, and others (you can Google the rest)... and that’s the story...
a little health tip: set aside some money from your salary for body massage - try to do it once a month... when the nerves get knotted, all sorts of problems can arise...

Casual Dining
our food journey today was simple yet satisfying, beginning with breakfast in Saujana Utama before heading to Asam Pedas Pak Man in Ujong Pasir, Melaka, for a hearty and flavourful lunch... known for its rich broth, aromatic spices, and generous servings, the place offers an authentic taste that reflects Melaka’s culinary heritage... whether enjoyed with fish, seafood, or other classic choices, each dish carries a satisfying balance of sourness and heat that keeps diners coming back... later in the afternoon, we enjoyed a light hi‑tea at Pantai Klebang, indulging in crispy fried squid, prawns, and fish - perfectly fresh and delicious by the seaside... although it may seem like a lot of eating in one day, everything was enjoyed slowly and steadily, making the experience pleasant and relaxing from start to finish...

Money Is King
once the voting date was announced, the next day the ETS tickets from KL Sentral to Alor Setar were already sold out for 9 May 2018 for both the 6:45 am and 9:44 am trips... only the 6:45 am trip on 8 May still had seats available... if the outbound trips are full, then the return trips will surely be full as well... as for flights, it’s the usual story - the prices shoot up, clearly taking advantage of the situation... since this happens only once every five years, it becomes the perfect opportunity for businesses to earn massive profits... they don’t care whether people can afford it or not... lowering prices? no way... this is business - they want more money... the cash flow is strong, and money always comes first...
just wanted to share this as a reminder to everyone... it would be great if more flights were offered at affordable prices specifically for voting day because it only comes once every five years... for ETS, it’s understandable since the number of high‑speed trains is limited; but if there were more trains, increasing the service frequency to every hour wouldn’t be a problem - again, it’s only once every five years... what to do? they don’t think about these things... after this, I might as well change the address on my IC and vote in Puncak Alam...

Who Do You Choose?
I’m sorry, but I’m not active in any political party - meaning I’m not a member of any party at all... I read the manifestos of the parties contesting, compare them with previous manifestos, and review the background of the individuals running for election before making my choice, because only I know my own decision... as for speaking negatively about any individual or party, I have no interest in that...

Beggar's Manifesto
For 1 term they were the ones in power, and now they have become beggars for a month - presenting their manifesto and offering hope if they are given the chance to be in power again... it is during this 1 month that we can truly see how sincere they are and how closely they stand with the people... this is the effort that could secure their position as the ones in power for another term... as wise citizens, we should look back at their previous manifesto - was it fulfilled or not? forget the party; look at whether the promises made before were carried out, not just for us, but for all the people... be a wise voter, because these “beggars” are now working tirelessly to seek our votes.
