global developments inevitably have indirect effects on the national economy, with rising costs of living becoming increasingly evident, particularly in relation to fuel prices... as fuel costs increase, the prices of goods and food follow suit, making everyday expenses more burdensome... eating outside the office, while convenient, does not always guarantee quality or satisfaction, yet prices continue to rise steadily... in response to this challenge, I have adopted a more practical and health‑conscious approach by preparing oat‑based meals and limiting dining out to occasional instances... my daily breakfast consists of Quaker Quick Cook Oatmeal accompanied by 3 dates, a combination that provides sustained energy, supports digestive health through its high fibre content, and helps regulate blood sugar levels... oats are also known to promote heart health by lowering cholesterol, while dates offer natural sweetness, essential minerals, and antioxidants... this simple yet nutritious choice not only supports physical well‑being but also represents a mindful adjustment to rising living costs...
