Surau Al Muqarrabin successfully organized the 2018 Surau Day for the Fasa 5A5 Alam Suria residents, bringing together them in a spirit of unity and togetherness... the event featured a variety of activities designed for both children and adults, creating an atmosphere filled with fun, teamwork, and friendly competition... the purpose of the programme was to strengthen community ties, encourage healthy interaction, and foster a sense of belonging among neighbours... the outcome was truly positive, as families gathered, friendships deepened, and the neighbourhood became even more connected - reflecting the values of harmony and cooperation that Surau Al Muqarrabin aims to inspire...

Interact Session

the interact session by Mr. Abdul Aziz Mohamed, Senior Lecturer from the Faculty of Business and Technology at UNITAR, offered an inspiring insight into the theme “Those Who Can, Should Teach”... during the session, he shared his personal experiences and reflections on the true purpose of teaching - shaping minds, nurturing potential, and contributing meaningfully to society... he highlighted the outcomes that dedicated educators can achieve, from empowering students to guiding them toward lifelong learning... he also emphasized the many advantages of embracing the teaching profession, reminding us that those with the ability and passion to teach carry a responsibility to uplift others through knowledge, mentorship, and sincere commitment...

today, Naja prepared a special dish for our lunch - a hearty and flavourful shell out that instantly lifted everyone’s mood... she had gone out early in the morning to buy all the fresh ingredients, making sure everything was ready for this delicious treat... the effort, love, and care she put into the meal made it even more meaningful, turning a simple afternoon into a memorable family moment..

Abyana 7th

we celebrated our daughter’s 7th birthday with joy and gratitude, marking another beautiful milestone in her growing journey... surrounded by family who love her dearly, we wished her nothing but success, happiness, and strength as she continues to learn and shine in her own unique way... at this young age, she brings so much light, laughter, and pride into our lives, and we pray that her future is filled with endless blessings and opportunities...

U10 Puncak Syukur FC

it was Azim’s first exposure representing Puncak Syukur Football Club in the under-10 category, proudly wearing jersey number 17 as a young striker... as expected of any newcomer, he is still learning his position, often chasing the ball wherever it goes - but that’s all part of the early journey... with more regular training and guidance, his understanding of the game will naturally grow... what matters most is the passion, experience, and confidence gained along the way... the club truly provides the best platform for young players to develop and Azim is off to a promising start...

we live in an age where slander spreads at the tip of a finger... a single statement - whether written or recorded in a video - can go viral within moments, often causing division and harm long before the truth has a chance to surface... in such a climate, it is crucial for us to be wise and responsible individuals who verify information before reacting... there is no need to fuel the spread of misinformation; instead, any serious matter should be reported to the proper authorities... above all, we must remain cautious, for careless actions and false accusations are deeply displeasing to Allah SWT... let us avoid falling into unnoticed sins and uphold integrity in everything we share...

dinner was served with a touch of playful elegance, featuring a dish proudly introduced as pain au fromage avec poivron de champignons sauvages... the name alone evokes a sense of French sophistication - even if, in truth, there’s no need to translate it when the real joy lies in simply enjoying the food... sometimes, all that matters is the flavour on the plate, not the fancy wording behind it... so we smiled, took a seat, and dug in...

 

Lip Bitten

some people say that when you accidentally bite the inside of your lower lip while eating, it means someone is talking bad of you... whether or not such beliefs are true, it can feel disheartening when others choose to focus on our flaws rather than the good we quietly strive to do - especially in carrying out our responsibilities... it happened to me just this afternoon, not once but twice... still, the best response is to remain steadfast... if the criticism is real, we forgive; if it isn’t, we stay patient... sometimes all we can do is endure the sting, like putting salt on a fresh wound, and keep moving forward with sincerity...
