Hardcopy to Softcopy
starting a new system can be challenging, and it naturally takes time for everyone to adapt to these changes... traditionally, examination scripts were printed, marked manually, and stored as hard copies in the document room... now, the process is shifting toward marking scripts digitally, compressing them into files, and securely storing them on the server... the same transition applies to teaching materials, where all teaching documents will gradually move to softcopy formats in the future... similarly, the HR department should no longer require employees to submit the same certificates repeatedly; instead, all documents should be converted from hardcopy to softcopy, with staff only updating their latest certificates when necessary... most importantly, as we embrace this digital transformation, it is crucial to ensure that the server is well‑secured to protect data integrity, confidentiality, and long‑term accessibility...
