Morning Workout

this workout is ideal for the early morning, which is why it is often called the before coffee workout... it is designed to wake up the body, increase blood circulation, and boost energy levels before starting the day... the routine consists of 5 fundamental movements: Jumping Jacks, Bodyweight Squats, Push-Ups, Planks, and Reverse Lunges... the Jumping Jacks are an excellent cardiovascular exercise that raises the heart rate, improves coordination, and warms up the entire body... the Bodyweight Squats strengthen the legs, glutes, and core while enhancing lower-body mobility and balance... the Push-Ups are a classic upper-body exercise that targets the chest, shoulders, triceps, and core, helping to build strength and muscular endurance... the Plank is a highly effective core exercise that engages the abdominal muscles, lower back, shoulders, and hips, promoting better posture and stability... meanwhile, the Reverse Lunge focuses on the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and core while improving balance, coordination, and single-leg strength... together, these 5 movements provide a simple yet effective full-body workout that can be completed in a short amount of time, making it a perfect way to energize the body and mind before enjoying a morning cup of coffee...
