this is a beginner-level program aimed at improving fitness without requiring the use of a gym... it can be performed anytime and anywhere... starting in June, I will begin my fitness journey, after being advised by Dr. Liew to take a short rest to ensure my heart condition remains stable...
attached are 5 movements to be performed as a starting point, with an estimated total workout duration of around 20 minutes... it is recommended to do this at least twice a week; however, I plan to perform these exercises daily starting from 1 June 2026...
