Right Approach

I chose to share about workplace culture starting from Friday because I felt a sense of disappointment seeing that such negative behaviors are still prevalent today... I acknowledge that these issues have existed for a long time, but recently they seem to be becoming more widespread... the truth is, no individual is perfect - everyone has their weaknesses, but at the same time, they also possess unique strengths that should be recognized... many workplace issues are often not as serious as they seem and can actually be resolved internally with the right approach... by identifying both the strengths and weaknesses of employees, organizations can reassign tasks in ways that better suit their capabilities, turning challenges into opportunities for growth...

from my own experience, even when I held senior positions, I never believed in bringing others down or acting maliciously in the workplace... I have always been mindful that a person’s job is their source of livelihood, and it is not right to jeopardize that... instead, I prefer to seek solutions that help individuals improve and move forward, rather than punishing them or finding ways to push them out of the organization - that has always been my principle... ultimately, my advice is simple: never engage in wrongdoing at work... what we do to others will eventually come back to us, so it is always better to act with integrity, fairness, and compassion...
