Fried Food

fried food is widely loved for its rich taste, crispy texture, and satisfying flavour, making it a popular choice across many cultures... one of the main advantages of fried food is its appeal to the senses - it enhances aroma and taste, often making meals more enjoyable... frying can also cook food quickly and, in some cases, helps retain certain nutrients when done properly and eaten occasionally...

however, despite its appeal, fried food also comes with notable disadvantages... it is usually high in unhealthy fats and calories, which can contribute to weight gain, high cholesterol, and heart‑related problems when consumed frequently... frying at high temperatures can also create harmful compounds, and reused cooking oil may increase health risks... over time, excessive intake of fried food is linked to conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure...

fried food has always been one of my greatest indulgences - rich in flavour and undeniably satisfying - but it has now become something I can no longer enjoy as often as before... letting go of food that I truly love is not easy, especially when it brings so much comfort and pleasure, yet I know it is a necessary change for the sake of my health... still, I remind myself that change is possible... just as I once shifted my mindset to embrace a NO SMOKING lifestyle, completely losing the desire to smoke since the birth of Azim in 2009, I believe I can do this again... that past success serves as a powerful reminder of my inner strength and determination... with the same discipline and commitment, I am setting a personal new year resolution to adopt healthier eating habits, knowing that this transformation - though challenging - is both achievable and worthwhile...
