after a 30‑minute break, the session continued with a group‑based task, where students worked collaboratively to create mind maps for selected SPM subjects... I first explained the objectives of the group assignment and informed the students that their group mind maps would later be compared with the individual mind maps they had created earlier... the purpose of this activity was to help students understand how mind mapping can be applied in an academic context through shared discussion, idea exchange, and collective problem‑solving... by working in groups, students were able to see how different perspectives could enrich content organization, identify key concepts more effectively, and strengthen understanding of SPM subject topics... this comparison between individual and group mind maps allowed students to appreciate the strengths of both approaches - individual mind maps for personal clarity and goal setting, and group mind maps for deepening subject knowledge through collaboration...
